| Description |

Minipack's tray sealers are suitable to pack trays using top sealing film. There are many materials that can be used: PP, PET, PS, and PE. Choose from a standard set of molds with up to 3 impressions. Molds can also be customized to the specifications of your needs. Vacuum and gas flush applications are available with the TSM 105 and TSM 1000. All models are made of stainless steel and anodised aluminum for easy sanitation. The compact designs provide a small foot print. |

The sealing pad is teflon coated and temperature can be regulated between 32° - 392°F. The automated sealing cycle starts after closing the drawer. Impression plates can be changed quickly to accomodate different items as needed. |
